On October 2021, Medic Pro Sdn Bhd was formed in Pulau Pinang. The name was chosen to emphasise the need of having a powerful and efficient healthcare system. Our founder's eyes have been opened by the recent pandemic, which has shown that our healthcare system requires assistance in order to run more effectively and efficiently. For starters, Medic Pro offers tools that specialise in management information systems, with an emphasis on health management as our target market.

Who are the users of the system?

There are two categories of application users, namely:

  •    Malaysians and foreigners residing in Malaysia

  •    Application administration at USM

What are the laws related to the implementation of the MySejahtera application?

The system was created to aid in the application of the Infectious Diseases Prevention and Control Act of 1988 [Act 342]. 

Section 22 of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 [Act 342] and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 [Act 588] make it illegal to provide incorrect information.

Can I register family members or other individuals who live with me?

You CAN register information about family members using only one mobile phone. This app will also help you monitor their health level.

How can I get technical assistance if I have problems using the website?

You can get help via the “chat box” function inside the Medic Pro website for immediate response.
